Terms Of Business

1.	Cards measure 159mm W x 156mm H wrapped.
2.	All cards are blank inside and individually wrapped with a white envelope in a cellophane bag.
3.	All cards are sold in multiples of 6 of the same design
4.	Retention of title: goods remain the property of Ronnie Bennett until paid for in full.
5.	All cards are protected by copyright.
6.	All orders over £100 are carriage free on Mainland UK.
7.	Orders under £100 are charged carriage at £10.
8.	Delivery charges outside Mainland UK will be quoted separately.
9.	Turnaround: Goods are generally delivered within one week of order.
10.	Maximum lead-time on out of stock items is 3 weeks.
11.	Claims for damaged goods or short deliveries are to be made within 7 days.
12.	Payment is due within 30 days of invoice.
13.	We will require a completed credit application form.
14.	We accept payment by cheque or BACS.
